Pickle ball is fun and a major cause of injuries

If pickle ball is now on your schedule, so should a regular exercise program. Sports that require quick direction changes and fast reaction times have very high levels of injury and subsequently require specific training and preparation. So if having fun with friends and satisfying your competitive nature is the goal, you need to do the work.

Find a local, age appropriate program that helps you to develop all of the necessary fitness qualities so that you are able to continue having fun and reduce your chances for injury.
